Commission Prices

The following commission types are offered with these prices. My Ko-fi page allows for "pay what you want" allowing you to pay more if you so wish - not necessary but very much appreciated!If your commission turns out to be more complex I will notify you as it will require more time to complete and thus cost more.Please note that the image examples are watermarked but your commission file will not have a watermark.Click on the images to enlarge.

Commissions Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions applies to my digital art commissions. Commissions can be ordered through my Ko-fi page which can be found at https://ko-fi.com/jarofjamm/commissions or through discussion via email/DM's.Disclaimer
By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.User Agreement
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me (more on this in Copyright and Usage Policy below).Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.General Agreements
The commissioner will provide any reference material needed (such as reference photos, written descriptions, sketches, character sheets, etc.). These references must be DM'd or emailed to me at [email protected].I usually take up to 3-5 business days to respond to your initial order inquiry. If I have not responded to DM's, please email me.Commissions will be drawn on at least a 2000x2000 pixel 300DPI digital canvas. Larger/smaller canvasses of a different aspect ratio can also be requested and negotiated.Payment in full must be made before work begins.Completion times will be given and can be changed my discretion, I will notify you of any changes and progress. Please allow for 2-4 weeks to complete a work (may be more) depending on the complexity and any other circumstances. I will keep you updated on any time changes or delays.I am only a part time artist, therefore please be aware that some pieces may take much longer than others due to outside events.A "due by" date can be requested, and I will let you know if any change to this date needs to be made. I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.I will not draw the following:
-Gore/extreme violence (mild/cartoony violence is ok)
-Illegal/offensive/works that I am not comfortable in creatingI reserve the right to deny any commission at any stage of completion. Refunds can be made per refund policy.By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.Revisions and Feedback
I will send a WIP (‘work in progress’) image after 100% of the payment is completed.These images will come in the form of .jpg or .png files as an attachment in the email or a DM.The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.I will only send a guaranteed WIP for the Sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time.Please don't be afraid to ask for changes, I want you to be as happy as possible with the final product!I will allow two major alterations at the sketch stage. Major alterations after the sketch stage will incur costs up to my discretion which will depend on the complexity of alterations, and the work already done. I will let you know if any changes will incur any extra costs.Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me.In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.Payment & Refunds
Payment is only accepted through PayPal via Ko-fi commissions or PayPal invoices.Payment must be done in full. Work will not begin until it is paid in full.Due to the nature of digital art commissions, refunds will not be made. A full refund will only be made if I decide to turn down the commission.PayPal Disclaimer
Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.Chargeback
You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.Rush Fee
Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.Estimated project start dates are on my commission page.Dates provided are subject to change, details are to be discussed should the client have set dates.Copyright and Usage Policy
I, the artist, reserve the copyright to the work produced including reproduction rights and the right to claim copyright. Do not claim any of my artwork as your own or edit it in any way that has not been approved.You may use the Artwork for personal use, including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base."I will allow certain edits including but not limited the cropping of the work for a social media profile picture and/or banner, filters, etc. Please ask for my permission first before doing this.Commissions are for personal use only. Any work completed for commissions (e.g. sketches, work in progress shots, final products) are NOT to be used for any commercial purposes. This includes (but not limited to) merchandising, profit, and/or promoting another project/person.Commissions are NOT to be used for cryptocurrency/non-fungible token (NFT) purposes.Commissions are NOT to be used for AI generative art purposes. This includes (but not limited to) submitting any of my art (sketches, final pieces, etc.) for AI learning purposes.
I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to (including but not limited to) any AI sites/software/programs/etc.You may print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork(s) for personal use only (e.g. printing a copy at home or from a print shop for private display at home). Selling physical reproductions are forbidden.Commissioners may repost any work made for them on other social media sites (such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram). Proper credit must be made, permission to repost is not required as long as proper credit is done. In other words; you must please write that the work was made by me (jamm or Jamm). An additional link to my Twitter page https://twitter.com/jarofjamm and/or website https://www.jarofjamm.com would be appreciated (but not required).Please only upload the smaller, low-res file publicly unless otherwise discussed.I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image by email.You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design made by me by creating a copy image with your name added as well (e.g. through a watermark or written statement) when uploading on external sites.I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.If you do not want me posting the art online and/or use it for portfolio purposes please let me know.In the case of a commission with an original character(s) provided by the commissioner, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.NDA - Privacy Request
If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process or in an email/message to me.I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.The NDA fee usually starts at +5% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.Contract Agreements
